The content is grouped into 6 core modules that are available to you immediately.( A selection of videos, exercises, quizzes, articles and worksheets)

Each module consist of a number of micro lessons that are easy to implement and don't require a lot of time. We get down to the nuts and bolts immediately. I value simplicity and efficiency (because who has the time or energy to go through hours of content that is just fluff?)

In addition to the course curriculum, you also have access to weekly live implementation calls and monthly group Q&A calls for additional support. (Everything is better when you do it with someone - no need to struggle on your own.)

Judy Janse van Rensburg

Judy is known as The Burnout Coach and with close to 25 years in the world of personal development and psychological assessment in various fields, brings a unique perspective to her clients. She holds degrees in both physiology and psychology as well as an MA Industrial Psychology. She completed her coaching certification through the University of Stellenbosch Business School and was recognized as one of the 101 Global Coaching Leaders by the World HRD and Coaching Congress. Judy holds professional registration as Psychometrist: Independent Practice with the HPCSA.

As a professional working mom of three daughters, she has first hand experience of how busy life can be. Having experienced her own journey with professional burnout, she has deep insight into the processes, strategies, science and psychology of burnout and the road to recovery.

When does the course start and finish?
The course content is available immediately upon sign up and is designed to be completed in 6 weeks. You are free to work at your own pace, but who wants to stay stuck in burnout a minute longer than is absolutely necessary?
How long do I have access to the course?
12 months. After enrolling, you have 12 months access to this course - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
I've taken great care to put this material together for you. If after 2 weeks of access to the material and you can show me you've completed the exercises, you feel you have not received great value, then please request a full refund.
I want to add some personal coaching sessions for further support. How do I do that?
You are welcome to schedule personal coaching sessions at an additional charge, by contacting me on [email protected]. Please use SPS: Coaching in the subject line.
Should I take leave to do this course?
It's better if you do this course while you are still working, since you will implement a few changes within your workplace. It is off course your decision whether you take leave or not. If you do plan on taking leave, I would suggest doing that during module 2.
How long are the learning sessions? I'm really busy and don't have time for hour long learning sessions.
The learning sessions in this curriculum are short (less than 10 mins). You can consume them while taking a coffee/tea break. The live group coaching sessions are no longer than 45 mins every Monday morning. You can watch the recordings of these in your own time.
